Fan Maintenance and Service

We provide our customers with a Fan Maintenance service at
the time of cleaning their Kitchen Vent Exhaust System. This
service includes a new belt, grease applied to bearings, adjustment
to any tension pulleys and inspection of the fan. All problems or
concerns with the fan will be addressed with the customer immediately
following the service. This service helps prevent untimely fan
failures and keeps the fan operating at peak efficiency.
